General Terms and Conditions Marktlust/GermanPenFest/Tonboerse/UpCyclingMarkt- 12/2024
1. The offer applies to natural persons aged 18 and over or legal entities if and to the extent that this is not excluded. When a booking is confirmed, a contract with these General Terms and Conditions applies between the person making the booking (hereinafter “customer”) and Kreiserei GmbH (hereinafter “Marktlust”).
2. Admission tickets/workshop tickets are valid for one-time entry/participation in the booked event and are not specific to a person.
3. Depending on the market, only the items specified in the description may be sold when booking a stand. New goods and food and beverages are only allowed if this is expressly permitted. Items with Nazi symbols or with content that glorifies war, is racist, xenophobic and/or is harmful to young people may not be offered. Customers must comply with all relevant laws etc.
4. For car parking spaces, the current bookings must be made. m must be at least the length of the vehicle. Booking confirmation and proof of discounts are available if necessary. to show.
5. If what has been booked is not available or there is a failure, Marktlust will provide the customer with something comparable or, if this is unsuccessful, can refund the amounts paid. Customers have no further claims.
6. Any garbage deposit will be refunded promptly against a receipt to Marktlust on the market day after the end of the market time and before the end of the dismantling time if the rented property is handed over trash-free and swept clean. No refund if dismantled before the end of the market / no-show.
7. Cancellations to moin@marktlust.de. If received up to 10 days before the day of the event, 50% of the amount paid, including a possible deposit, will be refunded, although at least €20 will be retained. After that, such a refund is only possible if the booked item can be reassigned. In the case of reduced prices, a refund - including a deposit - is excluded.
8. Set-up, dismantling and market times as well as access routes must be strictly adhered to. If customers are not present by the start of the workshop/market, the booking is deemed to have expired without replacement. There are no refunds. Marktlust can reassign the stand. Paths and escape routes on the site must be kept clear.
9. If these terms and conditions are violated, you may be excluded from the event and any other booked events without any right to reimbursement.
10. Customers take part in the event at their own risk. Marktlust assumes no liability for goods or objects brought in by customers, regardless of how they are damaged (breakage, theft, violence, etc.). Customers cannot make any claims against Marktlust due to any disruptions or impairments to business operations. Customers are liable for damages that are directly or indirectly attributable to them.
11. Orders from Marktlust and its authorized representatives must be followed. Any kind of advertising on the event site is not permitted.
12. The place of jurisdiction, unless there are natural persons, is Hamburg. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any ineffective regulations will be replaced by effective regulations that come closest economically to the ineffective regulation.
