Das GermanPenFest in Hamburg ist eine tolle Veranstaltung zum einkaufen und informieren: Historische und moderne Schreibgeräte, Tinte, Papier und viel Zubehör sind im Angebot. Füller werden auch vor Ort angekauft, repariert und bewertet. Ergänzend gibt es spannende Workshops!

    • Admission is free.
    • The event and workshops take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Stand spaces can now be booked online. Regular price €100, discounted limited places from €50. Discounted bookings cannot be canceled.

  • Actions

    • Through a cooperation with the MONTBLANC House in Hamburg, all visitors of the GermanPenFest on 1.2.25 will receive a reduced admission price of 3 euros to the MONTBLANC House with a code. The code will be available at the GermanPenFest.
    • The exhibitor Elbwood offers selected interested parties the opportunity to visit its manufactory on the evening of the GermanPenFest. Registration at the booth at the GermanPenFest.
    • There will be a limited edition GermanPenFest 2025 Special Edition ink.

This workshop is conducted by Astrid Michelson, the one
is an experienced artist and has worked as a calligrapher for over a decade
worked as a bookbinder. The inks in this workshop are sponsored by https://shanghaistationary.com/.

This workshop will improve your understanding of letters and fonts
deepen! Together we will take a leap, this easier and
to use in a more playful way. By writing and drawing different things
Letters with different tools we explore our creativity and
will have more opportunities for impressive compositions and artistic

What to bring: Your writing instrument

 

Mareike is a well-known and experienced artist. Introduction to the topic
Travel diary, with tips and tricks, e.g. B.: How do you collect while traveling
Memorabilia and how you can creatively add them to your travel journal
integrate? Various ideas for visually capturing travel memories. Creating a page together about the day in Hamburg.

Please bring your own writing instruments, depending on your personal taste.

If you like, you can also bring your own creative materials, but that's okay
not a must.

All participants receive a notebook to work with and take with them,

In the “Creative with Ink” workshop we will work with Anne,
an experienced artist into the fascinating world of ink painting
immerse yourself. Together we will become a magical butterfly illustration

FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between normal price and reduced price?

Bookings at the normal price can be canceled according to the terms and conditions. Reduced prices are non-cancellable. Otherwise the services are the same: 1 table measuring approx. 1.80 x 0.8 m plus 2 chairs.

Is there anything to eat and drink on site?

Yes, there is a restaurant that offers drinks, snacks and full meals.

Are there different table sizes available to book?

No, only one table size is available.

Can I choose my stand location?

No, but please send us your wishes to info@germanpenfest.de and we will try to take them into account.

Can I book multiple workshops?

Yes. All workshops take place one after the other. Therefore, all workshops can even be booked and attended by one person.

How do I get to the event?

We recommend visiting by public transport. The halls are directly opposite Dammtor train station, which is well connected by local and long-distance transport as well as buses.

Are there parking spaces?
